Course Structure

The stable curriculum/rules file. Required columns: Code, Module Name, Semester and Specialisation. Credit is optional. Intake is not used.
No file selected
Example: CS5050 · Data Analytics · Second · Computer Hardware
Upload Course Structure.xlsx. Required: Code, Module Name, Semester and Specialisation.
Shared modules are supported. A code such as CS3020 or CS3023 can appear on multiple rows for different specialisations/semesters. Banaune unions the matching student groups and removes duplicate students automatically.
2

Student List

Upload either a cohort-sheet workbook or the standard master student roster. Banaune detects the format automatically and converts both into the same semester + pathway student model.
No file selected
Supports cohort sheets (ID · Name · Pathway) and repeated master-roster blocks (University ID · Student ID · Name · Sem · Group).
Upload the student workbook. London Met / University ID is preferred; Student/College ID is used when the university ID is missing; Biometric ID is the final fallback.
3

All marking templates

Select multiple Excel templates together. Banaune detects the module code, matches Course Structure, counts the correct students and recommends the safest of the three generation modes.
No templates selected
Module matching and generation mode can both be overridden before generation.
Upload Course Structure and Students first, then select all marking templates.

Generation methods

Choose a method for the batch, or let Banaune detect the best match. You can adjust each template in the review table.

Current setting: Auto-detect per template. Banaune will choose Exact Copy, Personalize Workbook, or Student List + Select according to each workbook's structure.
4

Review & Generate All

Generation remains blocked until every included template has a matched module, students, a supported mode and sufficient student-list capacity.
Save All to Folder is recommended. It writes each workbook sequentially and therefore uses much less browser memory for large batches. ZIP is retained for smaller jobs.
